Lloyd's Unicycle

Lloyd rides a Kris Holm 29” Municycle, available at Unicycle.com Australia. It is designed for cross-country muni, downhill racing or as an all-round muni for taller riders and recommended for riders wanting versatility. The high volume Duro Crux 3.25" tyre is well supported by the 55mm wide rim and feels stable and forgiving. The aggressive tread pattern grips securely in mud, but combined with a rounded tyre profile still corners smoothly on pavement, slick rock and compact dirt. The external disc brake is a major advantage on the large wheel of the Kris Holm 29 because it allows wider hub flange spacing, maximising wheel strength. A high standard is attained with the abundant use of one-piece forged components making the KH frame strong, lightweight and durable, together with the pairing of a Kris Holm Fusion One saddle and a pivotal seatpost.
