Our Story
"Because life is an adventure"
Australian Geographic Adventurer, Lloyd Godson, has been using unicycles as character-building tools; teaching the values of focus, balance and perseverance to young people in Port Macquarie. ​During 2022, a team of adventurers will join Lloyd on an incredible one-wheeled wilderness odyssey. In January, they will Mountain Unicycle (MUni) 300+km from the seaside town of Tathra to the summit of Australia's highest peak, Mount Kosciuszko. This will be followed by an epic 480km MUni across Tasmania on the Tasmanian Trail.

Sea to Summit
300+km and 5500m total ascent

This unicycle will start from the Historic Wharf in the seaside town of Tathra on the shimmering Sapphire Coast and finish on top of Australia at the summit of Mt Koscuiszko (2,228 metres). It will cover over 300km and climb a total of 5500m in elevation. Along the way, we expect to see an incredible diversity of wildlife and scenery as we pass through some of the prettiest towns in NSW. We also hope to catch up with one of our sponsors, Sendy MTB Gear, in Jindabyne before making the climb up to Charlotte Pass for a sunrise unicycle on the Summit Track.

The Tasmanian Trail
480km and 8800m total ascent

The Tasmanian Trail is a scenic and peaceful — yet sometimes challenging — ride across the island state of Tasmania. It is the only long distance multi-use trail in Tasmania and offers unique fauna and flora, amazing food and accommodation options and the incredible hospitality of the Tasmanian people. We'll be unicycling from Devonport in the North to Dover in the South.
